Nation's Triathlon finally posted the swim waves. As expected, I am at the very end, either second or third from the last. The elite racers start at 7am. I will start at either 8:34 or 8:38am. That means that the winners will be running when I start swimming, and some will have finished the race before I get out of the water. But, it also means a LOT of people will be out on the course, with the potential that I will be able to pass them. They are planning to start the Awards Ceremony while I am still on the bike! This seems odd, but I guess it takes a long time, and they don't expect a 50+ competitor to win the race.
