2/17 : gym, 30 min.; 2/18: swim, 1 mile; 2/19: gym, 30 min. 2/20: spin(bike) : 1 hour; 2/21: spin(bike) : 1 hour; 2/22: run 9.2 miles; 2/23: gym, 30 min., 2/24, rest; 2/25 swim, 1 mile; 2/26 : run 4.2 miles; 2/27 : spin(bike) : 1 hour; 2/28: spin(bike) : 1 hour
