July 25

Swim workout for 40 minutes this morning. 250yd warmup, then intervals (20 sec. rest) of 50, 5x100, 50, 350 cool down. Total 1200 yds ~ 2/3 mile. A 36 minute 1500 meters begins to look possible.
My goal is to finish & not be last in the Nation's Triathlon. My hope is to finish under 3 hours: 35-40 min. swim, 1:20 bike, under an hour on the run. Possible, but a stretch physically.
Seven weeks until the Team leaves for D.C.!
