Kept weekly schedule at Penfield Beach. Dennis & Kellie there at 6:30, with Dan, too. A nice, moderate effort mile and a half swim. A few jellyfish were out again, but no stings. Such a great way to begin the day. We were all complimentary of each other's races on Sunday: Dennis (#58 of 300) & Kellie (#74) kicked my b**t, and each took second in age group. I was #155.
This was just the right way to get back into training.
