Good attendance at Miller's Pond weekly swim. My wife, Nancy, and daughter, Christina, and dog, Libby all came along & swam (except Libby, who suffered through being taken out over her head). Big TnT group, plus "Kevin" who trains here for Ironman Louisville. I went out with the "fast group": Kevin, Stephanie, Mike, and Coach Becky, and was swiftly left behind (though they waited): I felt bad slowing them down, but it is always good to go with those faster than you. I worked harder trying to keep up than I would have on my own. Also present: Henry & Art, neither of whom has done much or any swimming. Both seem comfortable now, and intend to do the swim using backstroke, which both prefer. Art is a survivor, and has the amazing goal of doing Nation's Tri, then Seacoast century a week later, then a marathon in October! Also present, Henry's wife, Jen (not swimming), Coaches Erica & Rick, Marisa, Greg & Sharyon, & Jen. A very pleasant group in a very pleasant place.
