6:30 p.m. team swim at Miller's Pond in Durham. Twelve TnT's showed up. I was paired with Stephanie the Rocket, who was very kind, shifting to breaststroke and backstroke to let me keep even with her. Pushed hard, did 3/4 mile or so. Not bad for back to back swimming days.
