Morning short run. Then with the team to pick up bikes, see Transition, get in a swim. Transition is HUGE( no surprise with 3500 bikes, but reality is different than imagination.) Team took a short bike ride, then we had a chance to swim in the Potomac. Not dirty, not bad, and very calming of swimming nervousness. Big Pasta dinner tonight with everyone, including of course, Nancy & Christina,my cheering section. Early bed, bus to the site at 5am tomorrow.
