Thursday night brick, with just Coach Becky, Mike, and alumna Jessica (who is doing Nation's Tri on her own, not with TnT). We did a colossal hill up & over the Gouveia Winery in Wallingford, finished a quick 15 miles, then a short 1.5 mile run. It got dark. Next week at 6pm.
