Libby (the dog) & I staffed the TnT tent at New Haven Road Race this morning. Lots of TnT's showed up. Coach Kellie ran the 20 K & Mike ran the 5k.
Inspired by them, late in the day I ran an 8 mile loop to the top of East Rock (about a 250 ft. rise). Felt surprisingly strong at the end, & ran hard & (for me) fast for the last mile +. Finished in 70 min., 8.75 min/mile.
